Windows is the most influenced and commercialized software that was ever created according to the info I have researched. And this is not an exaggeration, it’s simply the truth… If you think about it is not hard to justify this claim. Now hold on before you ruin my comment section by saying it is ‘Linux’… yes I agree Linux is OP because Android end of the day uses Linux as the core and the servers blah blah… however, here I am talking about the end user, have you ever seen your parents or grandparents uses Linux (not mine) and very rare percentage of people install OS onto their pc themselves to begin.. this percentage includes me too, however, the point is it’s super rare and nerdy… which is not the majority….

I wonder what the other 1% is… maybe holy C’s `temple OS `???????

The crazy part is not that there are people who use Windows XP, it’s that Windows XP has more users than Windows 8… absurd!!!!
I used Windows XP which was the first operating system I had ever got my hands on at that time it was just a magical moment for me when I was using it to play ‘3d pinball.’
On November 20th, 1985, Windows was born from its mother ms-dos which was developed as a collaboration between Microsoft and IBM, it was later killed in the early 2000s… This is the summary I found on Google I meant Bing…
So far, we have talked about the history of this influential software… Let us get into the main topic of this article.
“For every 10 lines of code, there’s a bug” a wise developer who was influenced by `Harvard Mark II` moths.
The amount of lines of code that are written in Windows 11 is not explicitly announced by Microsoft which is also the case for other versions of Windows. — ‘windowsreport.com’. That stinks, but there is nothing I can do about it… This comes down to the option of using almighty open-source Linux as a reference for this case.
In Linux there are over 27.8 million lines of code obviously I did not count it or even download the source code to begin with because I am not a nerd, but I am thankful for the nerd who did this amazing work from truelist.co… And the dedication put into this project by roaming developers…
According to windowsreports.com’s estimates or speculations of the number of lines of code is “Windows 11 lines of code to be 60 to 100 million” … which is bizarre!!!! However, this number is off by a lot when contrasting to Linux…
There could be two reasons for this…
1. Windows have this much code…
Justification
When you think about it, it’s easy to wrap your head around ideology… In one of the PHP conferences (I don’t remember the exact one as it’s been a long time since I watched it) I quote he said “Considering Linux the kernel, ubuntu the OS, Apache the server, PHP the language and finally with your code it’s in billions…” And that conference was held in like 4 to 10 years ago…
2. Windowsreport.com do not know a shit.
Justification
No offence windowsreport.com, but this is my personal opinion … Think about it when was the last time you saw clear documentation from Microsoft maybe I am a noob but I know something when its unusable… jokes aside, Microsoft seriously manage their documentation… and it’s a known fact that the Linux is open source and Microsoft might be feeling inferior to Linux, therefore they want to reveal that they are inferior…
Now to answer the final question,
Using the earlier quote as reference we can calculate the amount of lines of code which is…
=100m / 10
=100,000,000 (fun fact: m stands for 6 zeros) / 10
=10,000,000
=10m
10 million bugs, which is unrealistic there should be more…
Another option is to google it I meant binged bin bing it…
According to theverge.com “30,000 bugs are created by Microsoft 47,000 developers per month” … I don’t know how they do that… it’s just wow….
Microsoft launched their groundbreaking innovative magnificent eco-friendly Mac friendly … windows 11 on `Oct 5, 2021`… if we calculate it since then it’s been 3 years and 2 months 14 days which is in months its around 39 months to date…
Therefore:
= 39 x 30,000
= 1,170,000
There we have it, Microsoft has created and catches 1,170,000 bugs, so far…
Yes yes… I was wrong… it seems Microsoft is not that incompetent….
Or is it???? I wonder how many more months this version lives???? And bug that is yet to be found????
THERE IS AN BUG ON THIS ARTICLE!!!! and it is…???
